This works best if you have the Starbucks app in addition to just having the card in your Apple Wallet. Click the i button in the corner of your Starbucks card while viewing it in your Apple Wallet. Click remove card. Open the Starbucks app and select the same card. Click add to Wallet. Your card will now show the updated balance while in your Apple Wallet. Hopefully this helps.
